Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of CampSorted at campsorted.com (the “Service”), operated by Baoshi Sun, an individual operator based in China, trading as Brightpage Studio (“we”, “us”, “Brightpage Studio”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service is a web application that helps you plan childcare coverage for school breaks. It runs in your web browser: it compares your work hours with the camps and care you enter, and estimates gaps, eligibility and costs. A free plan and a paid “Pro” plan are offered as described on the Pricing page. The Service does one thing: it checks summer childcare coverage gaps, total cost and your dependent care FSA estimate. It does not include user accounts, camp listings or search, or syncing between devices.
2. Subscription, payments and refunds
Digital subscription. Pro is a digital subscription to the online Service. No physical goods are shipped. Prices are shown on the Pricing page, plus any applicable taxes.
Founding-member price (locked). The founding-member price is $19 per year. It is available for a limited time. If you join as a founding member, your price stays at $19 per year for as long as your subscription stays active and unbroken. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, re-joining is at the then-current price.
Regular price. The regular price is $29 per year. It applies to people who join after founding membership closes.
Yearly renewal. Pro renews automatically every year, until you cancel, at the price that applies to you: $19 per year for a founding member with an active, unbroken subscription, or the regular price otherwise.
Price-change notice. If the renewal price for existing subscribers ever changes (this does not apply to a locked founding-member price), we will email you at least 30 days before the charge at the new price, and you can cancel before it.
Cancel anytime. You can cancel your subscription at any time yourself using the customer-portal link in your purchase confirmation email, or by emailing support@campsorted.com. Cancelling stops future renewals. The year you have already paid for is not refunded after the 14-day refund window, and your license key keeps working.
Refunds. You may request a refund by emailing support@campsorted.com within 14 days of a payment (including a yearly renewal payment). Approved refunds are issued in full to your original payment method. Details are in our Refund Policy.
Merchant of Record. Payments are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem. Creem processes payments, issues invoices and receipts, handles sales tax/VAT and payment-related customer service. Your purchase is also subject to Creem's terms of sale.
License key delivery. After a successful payment, your Pro license key is delivered by email (the receipt email from Creem) to the address you used at checkout. Keep that email. To unlock Pro, click “Enter license key” in the planner and paste it. If you lose the key, find it in your purchase confirmation email or email support@campsorted.com.
3. Your information and licenses
Your content. You keep all rights to the information you enter (for example camp names, dates, costs and your children's names and birthdates). It is stored in your browser, and you are responsible for keeping backups (use “Export JSON”).
Share links. A share link contains a copy of your plan. Anyone who has the link can view it. Only share links with people you trust.
License keys. A Pro license key is for one household and may be activated in up to 3 browsers or computers (click “Enter license key” and paste it on each). If you reach the limit, email support@campsorted.com to reset it. The key unlocks Pro but does not carry your plan data, which stays in the browser where you made it (use Export JSON / Import JSON or a share link to move it). Do not share, resell or publish your key.
4. Not professional advice
The Service is a planning aid. It is not tax, legal, financial or childcare advice. Dependent care FSA and tax information is general, based on publicly available IRS guidance, and may not apply to your situation or your employer's plan. Coverage, eligibility and cost results depend entirely on the information you enter; camps' actual hours, age rules, prices and policies are set by the camps. Always confirm with the provider, your plan administrator or a tax professional. You remain responsible for your children's care and supervision.
5. No affiliation
The Service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the IRS, any camp, school district, employer benefits provider or registration platform. Names of third parties belong to their owners.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; attempt to bypass plan limits or license checks; resell or redistribute the Service itself; or interfere with its operation.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that your plan is complete, that you will get a camp spot, or that any expense will be reimbursed or deductible.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including missed registrations, lost deposits, childcare costs, or lost data.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
